Q. I am unable to hear
the audio
A. If you cannot hear the presentation and you have downloaded the necessary
player, your PC may not have a sound card or the network from which you are
accessing the Internet may have a firewall that blocks streaming media, in which
case please contact your IT systems administrator.
If you have a sound card and are sure that a firewall is not the problem, then you may be experiencing network congestion, in which case reconnect to the audio by pressing 'stop' followed by 'play' on the control panel.
Q. I am getting an error page instead of the slides
A. Press the F5 key (PC) or Command-R (mac) on your keyboard, the audio and slides will then automatically
restart. If you continue to get an error, please check that your Internet connection
